Rose is a mysterious woman who seeks to stop M.Bison at all costs. Like M. Bison's "psycho power," she possesses "soul power." She first appeared in Street Fighter Alpha and continues to be a playable character in Street Fighter Alpha 2 and 3. She also appeared briefly in the animated movie, Street Fighter Alpha, where she mysteriously appears in front of Ryu. Rose is also a playable character in Street Fighter IV.
