Cammy was at one time a part of one of M.Bison's unatural experiments on humans as he took young girls all over the world and transform them into superhumans. Then, along with 2 other female subjects Juli and Juni, Cammy performed missions for her master.

But, it would not be long at all before the horrible hold that Bison had on her would break. As this happens, she suffered a complete loss in her memory. Then she was taken in by a special British task force who are on the trail of shadaloo. Cammy joins them and hopes to defeat Shadaloo and Bison.
